For project managers and technical staff

A contractor you don’t need to chase.

We work to your technical standards, report progress and non-conformities ourselves, and deliver documentation together with the works — not after them.

Sound familiar?

The worst news is the news that arrives on the last day.

A project manager’s time evaporates not in planning but in checking: is the contractor on site, will the measurements come, will the documentation meet the standard. And non-conformities discovered at handover cost the most — the schedule is already spent.

01

Status has to be extracted

When every progress update has to be requested, the contractor becomes one more project to manage.

02

Non-conformities surface at the end

Issues noticed only at handover get fixed under pressure, on somebody else’s schedule.

03

Documentation lags behind

The works are done, but as-built files and protocols are still missing — acceptance stalls over paperwork.

Technical process

A process you can see without reminders.

  1. 01Site Survey and assessment

Existing infrastructure, access and constraints are recorded before works start — surprises end here.

  2. 02Works, materials and team plan

An agreed schedule and a clear contact — a responsible project manager who reports proactively.

  3. 03Installation and configuration

Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei and other radio equipment, MW link configuration and testing to vendor and client requirements.

  4. 04Measurements and quality control

SiteMaster and other measurements with protocols — non-conformities are logged and cleared during the works, not on handover day.

  5. 05Documented handover

As-built documentation to your standard — delivered with the works, not after them.

What you get

Less oversight from your side — more from ours.

01

Status without asking

We report progress and problems ourselves — you hear it from us, not from the site.

02

Non-conformities managed en route

Logged, fixed and closed until the result is approved.

03

Equipment experience

Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei radio equipment; Delta and Eltek power systems.

04

Documentation to your standard

Measurement protocols and as-built files — prepared so acceptance passes without corrections.

Technical brief

Send us the documentation or scope you have.

We’ll assess it and come back with specific questions — not an offer to “discuss opportunities”.
